Privacy Policy
What Meadowmoon Isle collects, why, and what you can do about it.
Written to describe what the app actually does rather than to cover every
imaginable case.

What we collect
If you play without an account
Nothing. Your island is saved on your device and never sent anywhere.
If you create an account

| Technical logs | Our hosting provider records IP addresses and request times to keep the service running and stop abuse. |
What we deliberately do not collect
- No advertising identifiers, and no advertising. The app is paid for once,
up front, which is precisely why it does not need to sell anything about you. - No location data.
- No contacts, photos, microphone or camera access.
- No analytics or behaviour-tracking SDKs.
- No full date of birth.
- We never sell your data, and never share it for advertising.
What other players can see
Your display name, username, character, and — if you publish it — your island
and its greeting. That is all. Your email, birth details, coins, inventory, chests
and mail are never included in what a visitor downloads.
Chat and moderation
Messages are filtered on our servers before anyone else receives them. We keep
the original text so a moderator can review it if reported, and reports include
the surrounding conversation as evidence.
If you are under 18, sharing contact details is blocked rather than merely
hidden, and the public lobby is unavailable. This is deliberate: moving a
conversation off-platform is where the real risk lies.

We may also disclose information if the law requires it, or where necessary to
protect someone’s safety.
Children
Accounts are for people aged 13 and over. If our age check finds you are under
13 we refuse the account and delete the sign-in record immediately — we do not
keep it. Anyone can still play the whole game offline.
If you believe a child under 13 has an account, email
justanappcreator@gmail.com and we will remove it.
How long we keep things
- Your account and island — until you delete them.
- Chat messages — up to 12 months, so reports can be investigated.
- Moderation records — kept after account deletion but disconnected
from you, so a ban cannot be undone simply by deleting an account.
Your choices
- See your data. Most is visible in the app. Email us for the rest.
- Delete everything. Settings → Delete my account, or use
this page. - Turn off notifications in Settings or your device settings.
- Make your island private in Settings, at any time.
- Play without an account and share nothing at all.
Depending on where you live you may have further rights — to correct your data,
object to processing, or receive a portable copy. Email us and we will help.
Security
Data is encrypted in transit. Access to your save and account details is
restricted at the database level, so one player’s account cannot read another’s.
No system is perfect, and we will tell affected users promptly if something goes
wrong.
Changes
If we change this policy we will update the date above, and tell you in the app
if the change is significant.
