Common questions

Do I need an account?

No. The whole game works offline, saved on your device. An account only adds
cloud saves, visiting other islands, and chat.

Will there be an iOS version?

Yes. The game is built to run on both and the iOS build works; it is waiting on
Apple developer registration.

I lost my island

Offline saves live on your device, so uninstalling removes them. With an account
your island is saved to the cloud and comes back when you sign in. If it has not,
email us with your username.

I did not get my sign-up code

Check your spam folder. The code comes from no-reply@meadowmoonisleapp.com
and expires after an hour — you can ask for a new one on the same screen. If your
email provider is blocking it, try Google sign-in instead.

Someone is behaving badly

Long-press their message to report or block them. See the
community rules. Urgent child-safety concerns:
email us directly and we will act quickly.

I was muted and I think it was a mistake

Email us with your username. Moderation decisions are reversible and we would
rather correct one than leave it.

How do I delete my account?

In the app: Settings → Delete my account. Or use this page.

What does it cost?

$0.99, once, from the app store. There is nothing else to buy — no in-app
purchases, no premium currency, no subscriptions and no adverts.

When is it out?

Not yet. It is finished enough to play and going through store review.
