Community rules
Meadowmoon Isle is meant to be a calm place. These rules exist to
keep it that way.
The rules
- Be kind. No harassment, bullying or threats.
- Keep it clean. No sexual content, hate speech, slurs or graphic violence.
- Never share personal details. No addresses, phone numbers, emails
or handles for other apps — yours or anyone else’s. - Leave minors alone. Never ask a young player for personal
information, and never try to move a conversation somewhere unmoderated. - No spam or scams. No advertising, no account trading, no
“free coins” nonsense. - Be yourself. Do not impersonate another player or the developers.
How these are enforced
Every message passes through a filter on our servers before anyone else sees it
— not in the app, so a modified game changes nothing. Messages that break the
rules are masked or refused outright.
| Step | What happens |
|---|---|
| Filter | The message is masked or refused |
| Warning | A strike is recorded on your account |
| Mute | Chat pauses for 24 hours, then 7 days |
| Suspension | 30 days, and your island leaves the browser |
| Ban | Permanent |
Child-safety and self-harm cases skip the ladder entirely.
Reporting and blocking
Long-press any message to report it or block its sender. You can
report an island the same way from the island browser.
Blocking is total and works both ways: you will not see them, and they will not
see you — not your messages, not your island, not your presence.
Reports reach a human, with the surrounding conversation attached so the context
is clear. If three different players report the same message it is hidden
automatically while it waits for review.
services as well as reporting in the app. We can remove an account; we cannot
send help.
Under-18 accounts
If you are between 13 and 17, two things work differently, automatically:
- The public lobby is unavailable. You can still chat on islands.
- Sharing contact details is blocked rather than masked.
