Delete your account

You can remove your Meadowmoon Isle account and everything in it,
at any time, without asking anyone.

If you cannot open the app

Email justanappcreator@gmail.com
with the subject Account deletion request, from the email address on
the account, and include your username if you remember it.

We will confirm within 7 days and complete the deletion within 30.

What gets deleted

• Your profile — display name, username, character, birth month and year
• Your island, and its published copy if you shared one
• Your cloud save
• Your chat messages
• Your notification token
• Your sign-in record

What is kept, and why

If your account was moderated, we keep a record of that decision — but
disconnected from you, so it identifies nobody. Without this, a ban could be undone
simply by deleting the account and starting again.

Reports you filed about other players are kept for their case, with your name
removed.

Just want a break?

You do not have to delete anything. In Settings you can turn off
Let others visit to make your island private, turn off notifications, or
hide chat entirely — and your island will be waiting whenever you come back.
